Synopsis
Completed in 1978, Sava Centar was an architectural embodiment of a vision for the future of Yugoslavia. After privatisation, it was torn down piece by piece. Inventory portrays and questions its fate. In 09/05/1982, everyday images taken from a 1982 film are juxtaposed with memories of violent events and their official accounts. In All said done, a lifetime is told through disordered narratives and disarticulated memories. Sunless Haven animates fragments of historical documents and architectural remnants, looking at London’s river Thames as a resonant chamber connecting disparate worlds.
